You may not sample, remix, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any audio or text from this Platform without express written permission from the Archive administrators.

* If you create an account or subscribe to our paid tiers (via Substack or other fulfillment platforms), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

* We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards, engage in reverse-engineering of our media players, or attempt to scrape content from the Platform.

* All sales of digital downloads, physical media, tokens, or merchandise are final due to the nature of digital transmission, unless stated otherwise or required by law.

* Pricing and availability of DarkArc releases are subject to change without notice.
